1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using PathPilot AI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. PathPilot AI is a product of Sentira AI and is currently offered as a public Beta.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content; (b) attempt to access another user's data; (c) reverse engineer, abuse, or overload the Service; (d) use the Service to generate misleading credentials, fraudulent resumes, or deceptive recruiter materials.
3. AI-generated content disclaimer
The Service uses third-party AI models. AI outputs (scores, suggestions, summaries, generated text) may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it for applications, interviews, or other decisions.
4. Service availability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis during Beta. We may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time without notice and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
5. User responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you upload, for keeping your account credentials secure, and for complying with the rules of any third-party platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.) referenced from your profile.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentira AI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost opportunities, lost offers, or lost data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
