Privacy Policy

Overview

PathPilot AI ("PathPilot", "we", "us") is a product of Sentira AI. This policy explains what we collect, how we process it, and your rights. We never sell your personal data.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: email address, authentication identifiers, and basic profile fields you provide.
• Career data: resumes, LinkedIn content, GitHub usernames, projects, skills, education, and any text you submit to our AI features.
• Usage data: in-app actions and AI usage metrics needed for rate limiting and product improvement.

2. How resumes are processed

When you upload a resume or paste profile content, the text is sent to third-party AI providers (currently Google Gemini and OpenAI via the Lovable AI Gateway) to generate analysis, suggestions, and scores. We do not use your resume content to train third-party models, and providers process the content only to return a response.

3. How AI services are used

AI services power resume scoring, LinkedIn optimization, GitHub analysis, the career coach chat, and the recruiter view. AI outputs are suggestions and may contain inaccuracies — always review them before using them in applications.

4. How your data is stored

Account, profile, and generated content are stored in our managed backend (Supabase) with row-level security so that you can only access your own data. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest by the underlying infrastructure providers.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the infrastructure and AI providers required to operate the product, and only to the minimum extent needed.

6. Data deletion

You can delete artifacts and account data from within the app. To request full account deletion or a copy of your data, email hello@sentiraai.com and we will action your request within a reasonable timeframe.
